Brian Foy is the co-founder and technical lead of the Preschool Marketing Group. With nearly three decades of experience in web design and digital marketing, he has been building and refining digital solutions since completing his first client website in 1996.

Tiffany Torres is the co-founder of the Preschool Marketing Group and a recognized leader in early childhood education marketing. With more than 25 years of marketing experience, including 14 years dedicated to early learning, she has developed frameworks that help schools strengthen enrollment, build family trust, and communicate their value with clarity.
She has shared her expertise with national associations such as AELL and NAEYC, as well as local early childhood organizations, equipping leaders with strategies to navigate today’s competitive and technology-driven landscape.

The Preschool Marketing Group was founded in 2012, growing out of a husband and wife marketing team with more than nineteen years of small business marketing experience. Their journey into early childhood education was deeply personal, sparked by the birth of their first child. They quickly realized that too many outstanding preschools and childcare centers were struggling, not because they lacked quality, but because families could not see their value.
At the time, very few marketing agencies specialized in early childhood education. The field was filled with generalists who dabbled in childcare marketing but lacked the expertise and professionalism needed to genuinely help centers thrive. PMG was created to fill that gap with a mission to bring clarity, confidence, and growth to schools through smart, strategic marketing.
In the years since, PMG has grown to serve thousands of centers across the country. We have expanded our services to meet schools at every stage of their journey, whether building foundational visibility, scaling enrollment, or strengthening family engagement. Along the way, we have been honored to speak at industry-leading organizations like AELL and NAEYC, sharing strategies that move early learning forward.
